Wiki's are very interesting. I think this would help in the updating of many different documents, including policies & procedures. It would also help in coordinating events, when the planning team members are in several different locations acrossed a 7-county area.

I also think that these tools would really be useful for those first few drafts of documents - work that could be done at home work site rather than another meeting. Could come together for for final work on a project, but could be accomplished without going on the road.
